This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook/Instagram. You are providing your information to AvaCare Ltd and their collaborator, not to Facebook/Instagram.
This competition is open only to UK residents.
All entrants must be over 18 years of age. Entries must be made by the Closing Date and in the manner in which the competition is set up. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. There is no requirement to make any purchase in order to enter the Competition or access the website.
Only 1 direct entry per person (any subsequent entries will be discounted).
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time without giving a reason or being held liable in any way whatsoever.
In the event of any dispute regarding rules or terms & conditions, the conduct or results of any competition/promotion, or any other matter relating to a competition/promotion, the decision of AvaCare shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by AvaCare.
By entering any competition/promotion, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you in your entry is true, accurate and complete in every respect. AvaCare reserves the right to verify any information contained in your entry and/or your eligibility to enter any competition/promotion.
All Prize-winners unconditionally agree (as a condition of accepting any prize) to
(a) the use of their name (first name or surname), a photograph of themselves and disclosure of their county of residence (UK residents); and
(b) co-operate with or participate in any other reasonable post-competition PR
No further entries can be made after the competition’s closing date on 16/09/2021.

BACK TO SCHOOL GIVEAWAY
Conditions:
- All Products and Postage are covered so there’s no charge to you at all
- We will only post to the UK
Prize:
When the competition closes, the two collaborators will choose one winner each at random from all valid entries in the comments from their Instagram post, using a comment picker tool.
The winners will win a Free AvaCare Gift box containing the Child Multi-vitamin & Mineral + Omega 3, Vitamin D3 + K2 Child and the Omega 3 Child.
Prizes are final and cannot be exchanged for other products/monetary alternatives.
AvaCare will be responsible for contacting the winner once they have been announced.

- We will only post to the UK
Prize:
Natures Thyme will choose one winner will at random from all valid entries one day after the end of the competition from the comments from their Instagram post using a comment picker tool.
The winners will win a Free AvaCare Gift box containing the Baby Multi-vitamin Drops, Child Multi-vitamin & Mineral + Omega 3 and Vitamin D3 + K2 Adult.
Prizes are final and cannot be exchanged for other products/monetary alternatives.
